All our filter products have a one year warranty, or the life of the cartridge from date of installation, whichever is soonest. If you have an issue with any other products from us, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

All our decorations are made from non-toxic silicone and suitable for use in aquariums. All our filters contain food grade materials and providing they are used correctly and water is tested accordingly, they will not harm your animals.

This depends on the filter you are using, the quality of water in your area and how often the filter is being used. Generally a nitrate filter will last around three months and a chlorine filter can last up to six months. If you need more specific information, please contact us.
